Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and let it cool to room temperature.
- Combine the cooled tortellini, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, bell pepper, and red onion in a large bowl.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine all the flavors.
