Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (unsalted)
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (Stevia or Erythritol)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh broccoli florets under cold water. Pat them dry and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine the broccoli florets, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, sunflower seeds, and crumbled turkey bacon in a large mixing bowl.
