Description

Juicy chicken kabobs marinated in a blend of BBQ and teriyaki sauces, paired with colorful vegetables and pineapple for a perfect summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
  • 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix together the BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce until well combined.
  3. Thread the chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper pieces, and onion wedges onto the skewers.
  4. Brush the kabobs generously with the marinade.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  6. Grill the kabobs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Serve the kabobs hot off the grill.
