- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 bell pepper (any color), cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix together the BBQ sauce and teriyaki sauce until well combined.
- Thread the chicken, pineapple chunks, bell pepper pieces, and onion wedges onto the skewers.
- Brush the kabobs generously with the marinade.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Grill the kabobs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve the kabobs hot off the grill.
