Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of creamy pastry cream, sweet bananas, and rich caramel, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup homemade pastry cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Prepare the homemade pastry cream while the whipped cream rests and let it cool.
  3. Layer half of the graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter in an 8×8 inch dish.
  4. Spread half of the pastry cream over the crumbs, then add a layer of sliced bananas.
  5. Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers once more, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
