- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup homemade pastry cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare the homemade pastry cream while the whipped cream rests and let it cool.
- Layer half of the graham cracker crumbs mixed with melted butter in an 8×8 inch dish.
- Spread half of the pastry cream over the crumbs, then add a layer of sliced bananas.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers once more, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
