- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced potato wedges with the olive oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle over the potato wedges along with the parmesan cheese, tossing gently to coat.
- Arrange the wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer, skin sides down.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-35 minutes or until golden brown and fork-tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
